Teach. Minister. Connect. Love. Transform.
Transforming women’s lives. Together.
You are chosen.
You are loved.
We are a team of men and women who’s purpose is to encourage a deeper understanding of Christ as the Eternal Bridegroom to all Christian women through teaching, ministering, connecting, and facilitating discipleship in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
One woman, one business at a time.
Women are leaders of their communities. They bear and raise children, care for their home and work outside of the home to provide for their families. In developing countries, resources and education are limited to women. That’s where the Reap What You Sew Project comes in. Reap What you Sew and Love Everlasting Ministries partner to give women practical help through a sewing trade education, while providing a place of love, support, encouragement and hope.
Let all that you do be done in love.
-1 Corinthians 16:14
Students attend a six-month program focused on tailoring. They receive a sewing machine and supplies, as well as accounting and bookkeeping training by the end of the program. Classes are held five days a week from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Agape Life International Church in Blantyre, Malawi where Pastor Augustine Mgala and his wife, Priscilla, lead their congregation.
Students also receive special one-on-one time with a seamstress and have practice time in the afternoons. Participants are required to pay 1000 kwacha (equivalent to $1.30 per month) so they are personally invested. They must maintain an 85% attendance record to stay in program and sign a statement of faith agreement.
Reap What You Sew is Love Everlasting’s heart project. It wasn’t by circumstance, but formed over three years of prayer and a call for help by one of the pastors in Malawi. In Deb’s own words: “I prayed for three years. Every time I would go, I wanted so badly for God to tell me what to do, but He remained silent. I’ve learned over the years that my Father’s silence doesn’t mean He isn’t listening. It means, “Wait.”
RWYS had small beginnings in the seed of a prayer and is now doing big things in women’s lives in the country of Malawi, Africa. Want to know how to get involved? Click the button below.

Dr. Deb is greatly loved by the people here, and most especially by the women, whose lives have been changed by her teachings.Bishop Patrick Mapfumo
“I have been associated with [Dr. Waterbury’s] ministry since 2011. Her desire is to see the abused women regain their self-worth through the teachings of Christ. She then challenges the women not to look down upon themselves, but to rise up and begin to follow the biblically proven steps she teaches. Many women from our surrounding communities who had such bad backgrounds have had their lives transformed through her simple, down to earth teaching.”Augustine Mgala, Senior Pastor, Agape Life Church International, Blantyre, Malawi
The many dimensions of LEM can stand alone in excellence, but when considered in total, they comprise a Bible centered women’s ministry which is unparalleled. Of course, a great message is only a good as its messenger, and Dr. Deb is truly blessed by God to speak life to His words in her ministry.Michelle M.

Being married is hard. Being a mother is hard. Being in any relationship for any length of time with any person is hard. I mean, let’s face it: We all live this life through a lens focused on self, and self often doesn’t like it when self is being mistreated. Truly...read more
I was having lunch with a beautiful young lady the other day, and we were commiserating on our individual inabilities to remember birthdays and holidays. She was telling me of a funny time when her mother had broken a cherished bowl. She found a...read more
